This week's cozy story time is brought to us by Certified Lactation Counselor Krystal Throne MA, AS, CLC.
Krystal is a mother of three, a delight to her community and those around her, and a Certified Lactation Counselor who founded Land of Milk and Babies to empower nursing parents with evidence‑based lactation education and personalized feeding plans via both virtual and in‑person consulting. Her mission is to listen to each family’s goals and help them create a plan that works for their unique needs, demystifying feeding and building confidence at every stage. She also has found herself on an unexpected and incredibly helpful (especially with tiny babes) world of craniosacrial therapy! Today, she introduces herself to our community in hopes to delight your children with one of her favorite stories and also answer any lingering questions you might have about lactation and/or craniosacral therapy.
