Dr. Beth Henigan is an exceptional role model in the women's health field here in Michigan. She collaborates with several community to provide essential information and awareness to women's health issues and general wellness. She even hosts her own Mommy and Me classes at her studio @beyondfitnessfamily. Today, she introduces herself to our community in hopes to delight your children with one of her favorite stories and also answer any lingering questions you might have about pelvic floors or women health in general.
