Bond, move, and strengthen - together. This upbeat Sculpt Mat Pilates class is designed for moms and their little ones. Move through a series of low-impact, full-body exercises focused on core strength, posture, and breath while connecting with your baby and a supportive community of moms.
Babies can stay in a carrier, on a mat next to you, or join in with gentle movements and cuddles.
Bring your own mat & water.
Your baby/kid can safely play nearby while you do the class
